2251 Speakman Drive is a 4-storey office building located on the north side of Speakman Drive, in the Sheridan Science and Technology Park. Slate completed a deal with SNC Nuclear Inc to lease 100% of the Building beginning in November of 2016. With significant value-add additions made to the Building, the acquisition of 2251 Speakman Drive allowed Slate to follow through on plans for the revitalization of Sheridan Park.
